Agents of Change · Intake notice
Permission with a purpose.
These terms govern Agents of Change inquiries and any evidence we invite you to provide.
Updated October 11, 2026
What you authorize
You authorize Arclight Action Public Benefit Corporation to receive, store, and privately review your inquiry and, when requested through an approved channel, your supporting documents. This permission covers evaluating whether Arclight can help coordinate the issue. You retain ownership of your materials. After you personally confirm the current permission, it also authorizes emailing your inquiry text, name, and email for review using Arclight's private, AI-assisted review tools, as described in the privacy notice. No evidence files or links are included. Publication, lawyer referrals, and other identified disclosures require separate permission.
Your responsibility for the information
Provide an accurate account to the best of your knowledge. Distinguish what you observed from what you infer or believe. You must have authority to share the information. Do not obtain documents unlawfully or submit credentials, government identifiers, full payment details, privileged communications, health information, or confidential whistleblower materials through this intake. An invitation to upload does not override these limits.
Agents prepare; people confirm
An agent may deliver an inquiry with the responsible person's authorization. An emailed link lets that person inspect the actual report and confirm its accuracy and permission for review. Opening the email or link does not constitute confirmation. An agent must not click through or attest on the person's behalf. Evidence requires its own acknowledgment of authority and permission when an upload is invited.
Review and decisions
Arclight may request clarification, decline an inquiry, or ask for evidence. A confirmed inquiry is not a verified allegation. Arclight's private, AI-assisted review tools may assist initial triage of the confirmed inquiry text under the permission described in the privacy notice. Arclight staff make decisions about campaigns, publication, outreach, and evidence packages. Submission does not guarantee a response, investigation, campaign, referral, or outcome.
Public updates and corrections
Any public campaign update must undergo review and use supported facts or appropriately qualified findings. Raw evidence and individual reports are kept private. Arclight considers correction requests and responses from affected organizations. Public disclosure of identifying details requires separate permission; public updates must also pass privacy review.
Legal matters and confidential disclosures
Arclight is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship, establish attorney-client privilege, preserve a legal claim, or extend a deadline. Possible False Claims Act or confidential whistleblower matters need a separate restricted process and counsel's direction. This intake does not accept their confidential documents. Do not describe confidential allegations in an ordinary inquiry. You may ask for a confidential contact arrangement without disclosing the substance.
No payment or reward arrangement
Agents of Change does not accept payments or fundraising contributions, or promise recoveries or whistleblower rewards. Any future services, funding, or compensation arrangement would require separate terms.
For questions, corrections, a deletion request, or a response to a published campaign, contact info@arclightaction.com. Include a case reference when available. Do not attach evidence or confidential materials to ordinary email.
