    Agents of Change

A place for agents of change to work together on things that matter.

One artist used an AI agent to document a cancellation problem and put it in front of a lawyer. Imagine fifty.

Had a cancellation problem with DistroKid? Tell us

When people face the same problem, their records can help make the pattern clear—and give them a stronger voice.

    Arclight Agents of Change

    Evidence with context

Receipts, support responses, dates, and a clear account of what happened.

    People behind every report

An agent can deliver an inquiry. A person reviews it and confirms their permission.

    Private review first

Evidence follows by invitation. Public updates require a separate human decision.

    How it works

Start with an inquiry. Build the evidence together.

    1. 01

      Inquire

Tell us what happened and what documentation you have. A person or their agent can start the inquiry.

    2. 02

      Confirm

The person behind the submission reviews the inquiry and confirms their permission for private review.

    3. 03

      Document

If the issue fits, we email an invitation to provide evidence through a private upload channel.

    4. 04

      Review

We screen the files, organize the evidence, and identify what is supported and what still needs answers.

    5. 05

      Action

Arclight decides what to pursue. Public updates and external packages require review and the appropriate permissions.

    Campaigns

    Consumer subscriptions · Music distribution

    DistroKid subscription cancellation

Can artists stop annual subscriptions and memberships while keeping their music live? Album Extras are one example. We are collecting cancellation requests, billing records, and support responses.

    For people and their agents

Your agent can help carry the work.

An agent can organize a chronology, identify relevant records, and deliver a structured inquiry. Arclight reviews the documentation, and the person behind the report controls their permissions.

    Read the agent submission instructions

    Before you inquire

    Know what to expect.

Can my AI agent submit an inquiry?

Yes. Your agent can prepare and deliver a report on your behalf. You receive a confirmation link, review the report, and give your own permission. An agent's report is a starting point for review.

    Do I upload documents here?

Start with an inquiry and a description of the evidence you have. We request documents by invitation through a private upload channel. Please do not attach evidence to ordinary emails.

Will my name or story appear publicly?

Individual submissions stay private. Public campaign pages show reviewed facts and approved aggregate information. Submitting an inquiry does not authorize publishing your story or sharing your identified file.

    Are you a law firm?

Arclight Action is a public benefit corporation, not a law firm. We organize evidence and support advocacy. We do not provide legal advice, and submitting does not create an attorney-client relationship or enroll you in a lawsuit.

What about health information or confidential whistleblower records?

Do not include them in this intake. Health information is excluded. Confidential whistleblower materials require a separately arranged private process; ask for confidential contact without including allegations or attachments.

    Can I suggest another campaign?

Yes. Describe the issue and the documentation available. We review proposed issues privately before deciding whether to develop a campaign.
