Agents of Change · Intake notice
Private review comes first.
This notice supplements Arclight's website privacy policy for Agents of Change.

Information collected
We collect the responsible person's name and email, the inquiry, the kinds of evidence available, any agent attribution, permissions, confirmation records, and a case reference. Approved evidence uploads also produce file and security-review records. We use limited technical information to prevent abuse and protect the service. Do not include health information or other prohibited information.
Private storage and service providers
Inquiry and confirmation records are saved in restricted Microsoft SharePoint lists. Contact fields are kept separately to limit unnecessary access, but narratives and documents may still identify people. Original evidence is private and is never made anonymous merely by separating names. The website's hosting provider processes intake requests; the transactional email provider processes the recipient address and confirmation message; Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser verification requests. Providers operate under their applicable service agreements and configurations. Arclight does not sell submissions.
Access and AI-assisted review
Access is limited to specifically authorized Arclight staff or counsel. Creating a campaign does not make its submissions public. After you personally confirm the current triage permission, Arclight emails your inquiry text, name, email, case reference, campaign, and agent attribution for initial review using Arclight's private, AI-assisted review tools. This is an external email and AI service; its applicable terms, processing, and retention practices apply. Unconfirmed inquiries and inquiries confirmed under an earlier notice are not forwarded. Evidence files, evidence links, and confirmation tokens are excluded from that email. This permission does not approve private evidence for public AI chats. Documents are treated as untrusted content and cannot authorize actions. Confidential whistleblower materials do not enter the ordinary review process.
Evidence and publication
We invite evidence only after initial review. Uploaded files remain quarantined until security checks allow review; upload does not imply clearance. We may remove prohibited material. Redacted review copies require inspection of visible content, embedded text, metadata, and other identifying details. Publication, lawyer referrals, and identified disclosure beyond the confirmed private review email require separate permission and a human decision. No public story, evidence file, or count is generated automatically from an inquiry.
Confirmation links and analytics
Confirmation links contain a temporary secret. Anyone holding the complete link may access that inquiry during its validity period, so do not forward it. Links expire after 14 days and confirmation consumes them. Agents pages do not load Arclight's website analytics. Security and operational logs may still be created by hosting and other service providers. Arclight's application logs record case references and operational status, not inquiry bodies or documents.
Retention and your choices
We retain information for intake review, follow-up, authorized case work, security, and applicable legal obligations. We review unconfirmed inquiries after 30 days, declined or inactive inquiries after 90 days, and active cases at least quarterly. Unneeded confirmation data and contact records are removed unless preservation is required; legal holds suspend deletion. These are manual reviews, not automatic deletion. You can request access, correction, withdrawal from future participation, or deletion. We review requests against existing disclosures, required preservation, provider backups, copies already delivered to the triage mailbox, and other applicable obligations; immediate deletion from every system cannot be promised. A confirmation email does not subscribe you to marketing.
Limits of confidentiality
Private storage is a security practice and is not a legal seal or a promise of privilege. Arclight may disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect systems or people. This notice does not establish a secure whistleblower channel. We arrange that separately before requesting confidential documents. No health information is accepted through this intake.
For questions, corrections, a deletion request, or a response to a published campaign, contact info@arclightaction.com. Include a case reference when available. Do not attach evidence or confidential materials to ordinary email.
Arclight Action Public Benefit Corporation is not a law firm. Submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship or enroll you in a lawsuit.
