ARCLIGHT

About Arclight

Arclight Action is a public benefit corporation working to protect access to advanced wound care while improving the reimbursement, review, and accountability systems around it.

Protect access. Defend appropriate care. Improve the systems that decide what remains available.

Arclight connects product access, documentation support, Medicare audit and appeal work, public-interest research, and policy advocacy. The commercial work helps providers navigate immediate reimbursement challenges. The public-benefit work uses what we learn to advocate for better policy, clearer review standards, administrative fairness, and continued access for qualified patients.

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL

Lance McNeill

Lance McNeill brings a builder's perspective to public systems work. His background spans public-sector innovation, entrepreneurship, healthcare operations, and policy analysis. At the City of Austin's Office of Innovation, he helped design and implement open innovation initiatives, challenge-based programs, and collaborative problem-solving frameworks across departments.

He later founded and scaled businesses in healthcare, developing firsthand experience with wound-care operations, skin substitute reimbursement, Medicare documentation requirements, audits, and appeals. That experience shaped Arclight's focus on protecting appropriate patient access while helping providers build clearer, more defensible records.

Lance also publishes Arclight Insights and advocates with public officials, agencies, and industry stakeholders for more accurate, transparent, and accountable reimbursement and review systems. He holds an MBA and a Master of Public Affairs (MPAff).
