FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL
Lance McNeill
Lance McNeill brings a builder's perspective to public systems work. His background spans public-sector innovation, entrepreneurship, healthcare operations, and policy analysis. At the City of Austin's Office of Innovation, he helped design and implement open innovation initiatives, challenge-based programs, and collaborative problem-solving frameworks across departments.
He later founded and scaled businesses in healthcare, developing firsthand experience with wound-care operations, skin substitute reimbursement, Medicare documentation requirements, audits, and appeals. That experience shaped Arclight's focus on protecting appropriate patient access while helping providers build clearer, more defensible records.
Lance also publishes Arclight Insights and advocates with public officials, agencies, and industry stakeholders for more accurate, transparent, and accountable reimbursement and review systems. He holds an MBA and a Master of Public Affairs (MPAff).
Across public-sector initiatives, private enterprise, and healthcare systems, the focus remains consistent: make important systems clearer, more accountable, and more capable of serving the people who depend on them.
