Public agencies & prime contractors
Arclight Action PBC works with public agencies, prime contractors, and healthcare providers that need careful analysis and clear answers.
Both certifications were issued by the City of Austin's Small and Minority Business Resources Department (SMBR) on October 26, 2026, and are active through October 31, 2030.
Arclight can bid as a prime contractor or team as a certified subcontractor.
On eligible City of Austin solicitations, primes may qualify for a small-business preference by including certified small-business subcontractors, subject to the solicitation's requirements. The subcontractor preference does not apply when M/WBE goals are assigned; professional-services RFQS are excluded from the program.
