Arclight assesses high-stakes artificial intelligence (AI) systems, including systems described as "Super Intelligence" (SI) under current federal terminology. Our work examines transparency, human review, appeal pathways, access, administrative burden, and accountability.
We examine whether AI governance and the operating model make ownership, escalation, and oversight clear, and whether evidence supports the system's intended value. These findings help stakeholders decide what needs correction before broader adoption.
